Work setup: Fully remote (about 4h overlap with EST required)

About the project
Our client develops an AI-powered platform that automates phone-based communication for customer service. The React-based application has been live for over a year and is already used in 30+ locations. As the product evolves, they need a skilled Product Designer to help refine and scale the dashboard’s design and overall user experience.
What you’ll do

Design and improve the dashboard UI/UX in Figma

Create scalable design systems, reusable components, and clear design guidelines

Work closely with the Front-end team to ensure seamless implementation

Collaborate with the Product Manager and developers in an Agile setup

Contribute to shaping the product’s look & feel, focusing on usability and clarity
Skills & experience we’re looking for

Strong experience designing web applications in Figma

Solid understanding of design systems and UX principles

Ability to work closely with developers (React, GraphQL)

Strong communication skills in remote/async collaboration

Bonus: experience designing dashboards or SaaS products
